1. Purpose

These terms govern the subscription and use of group health insurance contracts offered by the platform.

2. Subscription

Subscription is carried out online through the management workspace. The contract takes effect on the date of e-signature by both parties.

3. Contributions

Contributions are calculated based on the category, pricing model and employer contribution defined in the subscribed offer.

4. Termination

The contract may be terminated under the conditions set by the Mutuality Code and the Evin law.

5. Personal data
